At SocialThumbPro, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
•Account Information: When you sign up using Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google.
•Free Thumbnail Checker: Images selected in the free checker are decoded locally in your browser and are not uploaded by that tool.
•Uploaded Content: Images you upload are processed only to generate your requested design. These images are not permanently stored on our servers unless saved as part of your generated Library output.
•Generated Content: Generated images are stored in Firebase Storage and currently have public download links. Anyone who has a link can view that image. The Library retains the ten most recent generations; download images you wish to keep.
•Payment Information: When you purchase credits, we collect your transaction ID, payment method, and proof of payment screenshot. We do not directly process credit card information.
•Usage Data: We collect basic usage statistics including credit balance, generation count, and order history to provide and improve our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
•To provide and maintain the SocialThumbPro service, including thumbnail and design generation.
•To process your credit purchases and manage your account balance.
•To communicate with you about your orders and account status.
•To improve and optimize our platform and user experience.
•We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
•All account data (email, credits, orders) is stored securely in Google Firebase / Firestore with industry-standard encryption.
•Generated thumbnails are stored in Firebase Storage with public URLs so you can easily download and share them on social media. Payment proof images are stored privately and accessible only by our admin team.
•We use Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
•Our backend API uses rate limiting and token-based authentication to prevent unauthorized access.
4. Third-Party Services
•Google Firebase: Used for authentication, database, and file storage. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
•Image Processing Providers: Used to process uploaded inputs and create requested outputs. Uploaded images are handled only for the requested generation workflow.
•Railway: Our backend server is hosted on Railway. Subject to Railway's Privacy Policy.
•Vercel: Our frontend is hosted on Vercel. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
•We use necessary session and authentication cookies (such as Firebase Authentication tokens) to keep you signed in securely and maintain your session.
•We store non-identifying preferences (such as your theme preference, light/dark mode) in browser local storage for a seamless user experience.
•We use cookies to analyze overall website traffic and user engagement through analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to improve our application.
•We also record completed signups, successful generations, and download actions using workflow labels such as Generate, Draw, Tools, or Library. These product events do not include your prompts, images, file names, generated text, name, email address, or account ID. A download event records that the browser initiated a download, not that the file was saved.
6. Advertising & Google AdSense Disclosures
•We partner with third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense, to display advertisements when you visit our website.
•Third-Party Cookies: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites on the Internet.
•Advertising Cookies: Google's use of advertising cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to our sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
•Opt-Out Options: You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting [Google Ads Settings](https://adssettings.google.com). Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting [aboutads.info](https://www.aboutads.info/choices/) or by managing your browser cookie settings.
7. Data Retention
•Your account data is retained as long as your account is active.

•Order history is retained for record-keeping and dispute resolution purposes.
8. Your Rights
•Access: You can view your account information, credit balance, and order history at any time.
