1. Acceptance of Terms
•By accessing or using SocialThumbPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
•These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and administrators.
2. Description of Service
•SocialThumbPro is a thumbnail and creative design generation platform. Users can upload a face photo and video title to generate custom YouTube thumbnails.
•The Service requires credits to generate thumbnails. Credits can be purchased through the available payment methods.
3. Account Registration
•You must sign in using Google to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
•You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
•You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
•You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. Credits & Payments
•Credits are the virtual currency used to generate thumbnails on SocialThumbPro.
•Credits are purchased through manual payment methods (bKash, Touch 'n Go, bank transfer, etc.). Orders are reviewed and approved manually by our team.
•All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once credits have been added to your account.
•Fraudulent orders or chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.
•We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing credits in your account will not be affected by price changes.
•Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
5. Generated Content & Ownership
•You own all thumbnails you generate using SocialThumbPro. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated content.
•You are solely responsible for ensuring that your generated thumbnails comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines (e.g., YouTube Community Guidelines).
•You must not generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
•We may review generated content for safety and compliance purposes.
6. Uploaded Photos
•By uploading a face photo, you confirm that you have the right to use that image and consent to it being processed for your requested output.
•Uploaded photos are processed for generation and are not permanently stored on our servers.
•You must not upload photos of individuals without their consent.
7. Library & Storage
•Generated thumbnails are automatically saved to your Library. We retain only your 10 most recent thumbnails.
•Older thumbnails are automatically deleted from both our database and storage to manage resources.
•It is your responsibility to download and save any thumbnails you wish to keep permanently.
8. Prohibited Activities
•Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service or its processing systems.
•Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Service.
•Submitting fraudulent payment information or transaction IDs.
•Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
•Using the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
•Reselling or redistributing credits or generated content as a competing service.
•Intentionally overloading or disrupting the Service.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
•We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
•Grounds for termination include: fraudulent payment activity, abuse of the generation system, creation of prohibited content, or any violation of these Terms.
•Upon termination, remaining credits are forfeited. You may download your thumbnails before account deletion.
•You may delete your own account at any time from the profile menu.
10. Service Availability
•SocialThumbPro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
•We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or specific output quality.
•We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
•Scheduled maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.
11. Limitation of Liability
•To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialThumbPro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
•Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
•We are not responsible for any loss of data, credits, or generated content due to system failures or account termination.
12. Changes to Terms
•We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date.
•Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
•For significant changes, we may notify users via email or in-app notification.
