Start with the real dish, an approved food photo, the restaurant’s name, the offer period, the correct currency, and a contact method. Decide whether the promotion is for delivery, pickup, or dine-in. An attractive image cannot repair a missing condition.
The Food Poster tool separates the subject, poster text, offer details, style, and advanced instructions. Keep factual information together rather than expecting the generator to infer a discount or a delivery area.
This example uses a fictional business and price to illustrate the workflow. Replace all details with the restaurant’s verified offer. No sales or campaign outcome is claimed.
Restaurant or food item: Example Kitchen — vegetable lunch bowl Poster text: WEEKDAY LUNCH Offer or menu details: RM18 per bowl, Monday–Friday 12–3 pm, pickup only. Advanced instructions: Show the uploaded bowl without adding ingredients. Keep the price and pickup condition readable. Do not invent a phone number, delivery badge, customer rating, or additional discount. Layout: Square feed post; confirm final dimensions after download.
Use a food photo that represents what is served. A model may change portion size, garnish, or ingredients. Compare the result with the reference and reject artwork that suggests an unavailable dish.
Read the price, currency, day, time, and condition separately. AI lettering can turn RM18 into RM16 or omit “pickup only.” Where exact text matters, correct it manually after export instead of publishing an approximate rendering.
Open the download in the checker for a square preview and a file-size review. For a story promotion, create a separate vertical layout rather than stretching the square artwork.
Ask the restaurant to review the final exported image, not only the written prompt. Save that approved file locally. These checks reduce avoidable mistakes; they do not predict orders, reach, or advertising approval.
